"Kelly Ann, of Sweetie Pie Health, was truly wonderful at our recent Juvenile Arthritis Education Event for the Arthritis Foundation. Her understanding of Juvenile Arthritis and the needs of children with this disease was fantastic. The parents attending the event really had great take-aways and learned so much. Clean, healthy eating is critical to the health and well-being of a child with arthritis. Thank you so much Kelly Ann!"

"I was 100 lbs overweight, tired all the time, and in constant pain from arthritis and stenosis...and I was desperate. After 1 month working with Kelly, I had lost 11 lbs., had more energy and was standing straighter. I was skeptical at first, but Kelly introduced me to healthy foods I had never even heard of; sent me recipes that were fast and easy, and kept up my spirits with articles and continual support. She was never negative or intimidating when I slipped, but continued to encourage me out of genuine concern for my goals."

"After a lifetime of struggling with my weight, I was now told that my blood pressure was in the danger zone and that I needed to take medication. I convinced my doctor that I wanted to first try to get my blood pressure down through a healthy lifestyle program that I had seen work for others. After 6 weeks on the program, I lost over 20 pounds and my systolic blood pressure number went from the 160's to the 120's! When I returned to my doctor's office, he told me that I had "made his day" and asked me what I did. To date, I have lost 70 pounds. I am grateful to Sweetie Pie Health & Harmony for helping me to achieve my health goals!"

"I have always thought of myself as a pretty healthy person. But after my total hip replacement, I found myself taking repeated rounds of antibiotics for infections not related to my surgery. My surgeon’s office confirmed that having major surgery, and the accompanying antibiotics and other medications, can weaken the immune system.  They provided dietary guidelines to strengthen immunity, but I couldn’t eat many of the suggested foods due to chronic digestive problems. I had never been able to tolerate multivitamins or dietary supplements either. I knew I needed to improve my health and regain my level of confidence because I was scheduled for my second hip replacement in three months. Even without the second surgery, repeated infections could have spread to my first hip prosthesis, requiring more surgery to remove and replace it.

At this point, I was running out of options, and becoming more and more anxious as my level of wellness seemed to be decreasing.  I asked Kelly Ann to be my health coach, and she has worked with me patiently and creatively. Together we developed a personalized program which has greatly improved my wellness and energy level. She has provided varied and interesting reference material, fun and easy recipes, and best of all, one-on-one coaching sessions with lots of positive encouragement. I have enjoyed shopping for new foods and learning to read and understand labels on food packaging. It’s kind of like a treasure hunt! Today I feel better physically and mentally, and I’m confident that I can successfully recover from my next surgery and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the future."
